Is Ọmọ Mi Skin hypo allergenic?
Answer :
Unfortunately, no Ọmọ Mi Skin is not hypoallergenic. Most of our products contain Shea Butter which is derived from the Shea Nut; which can be linked to certain tree nut allergies.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Answer :
Unfortunately we do not have specific restock dates. You may sign up for restock notifications on the website. We will also be announcing re-stocks on our IG @OmoMiSkin
My body butter arrived melted! What should I do?
Answer:
Ọmọ Mi Skin's body butter is preservative-free, therefore, it may melt ESPECIALLY during the summer months. You get to bring a little of that Florida sunshine home :)
No worries though! The nutrients are still there and your butter is just as effective. Simply pop your jar in the fridge to re-solidify for 30-60 minutes. Unfortunately you won't have the whipped consistency but you'll still have the skin-loving properties that we all love.

What is Your Shipping Policy?
Answer :
Our shipping days are Monday - Thursday. Our products are created without preservatives so will melt in high temperatures. Shipments will be within 1-3 business days of order placement. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Allow additional in transit days for delivery. Domestic shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for First Class shipping. We have the option of Priority(1-2 business days) & Express(Next Day) shipping methods. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the order has been shipped. If we notice your package is delayed way beyond the estimated delivery date, we will contact you by email. Stolen packages will not be replaced by us. You must file a claim with your local post office or shipping carrier.
